As in this leadership style, all employees give their opinion in the decision-making process. However, the leader can make the final decision. Therefore, it can be said that in this style all employees can understand their value in the restaurant. This also helps the company to analyze all opinions to take the justified decision. In autocratic leadership style, the manager takes the decision and the managers give their order to the employees. It makes the company supervise the jobs of all employees better. Apart from this in Laissez-Faire style, there is no supervision of the employees (Cummings and Worley, 2014, p.25). Therefore, it can be said that the managers or leaders have no outlook on employees, which may result in low productivity or maintenance. The physiological needs can be satisfy by the employers to the staff workers by provide them benefits in bonus and also increment in salary. Therefore, the safety needs can be satisfy through provide them respect and job-security. The esteem needs can be satisfy by the organisation to give them appreciation, recognition and also give importance to the worker. The last needs of self-actualisation satisfy by the employers through promotion and assign them challenges job.  In the Alderfer ERG theory, Mama Mia can give motivation to their employee by using growth needs, existence needs and relatedness needs. Therefore, in the existence needs that includes physiological and physical safety needs are to be satisfy by the employers by give them protection as well as increment in salary. Whereas, there is relatedness needs can be satisfy by provide the employee recognition and also manage the interpersonal relationship.
