My own effectiveness regarding work performance can be assessed as per the set performance targets. However, with an aim to improve my own performance, I have carried out my efforts in terms of reading different books and journals. Being the HR manager of hospital, I would use different motivational techniques in order to improve the quality of performance which is delivered by the health care individuals.
