Under this report, company which has been taken i.e. Tata Consultancy Services which is a famous Indian multinational information technology enterprise that is doing business worldwide (Baughn and et. al., 2010). This firm was founded by two individuals named as J. R. D Tata and F.C Kohli in the year of 1968. Since then TCS is delivering its services in all over world. According to computation which has been done by governmental agencies, TCS is one of largest company in India that has recently is being considered as most precious IT brand in all over world. Tata Sons which is parental organisation of this TCS where Tata Consultancy Services generates more than half of dividends for it. On the other hand, 2015 was the year where this organisation came on 64th position in all over world that try to bring innovation tries to deliver accurate services to its clients according to their needs.
In current year, TCS has already generated US$19.08 billion and its supervisors are continuously locating to generate high revenue as much as they can (Cantwell, Dunning and Lundan, 2010). According to the balance sheet on March 31, 2017 firm's liquidity stage is being considered as strong which clearly showed that plans and strategies which has been made by this organisation has helped them in keep on growing or getting into a good stage at global market.
