Theory of Practical Learning

There are different types of learning, namely, formal and informal learning. Formal learning means the type where objectives as well as goals are determined by the instructor themselves, or the training department. The other names for formal learning are synchronous or structured learning. On the other hand, informal learning refers to pervasive phenomenon which is completely self directed by individuals.
