It helps in measuring data with objectives. Moreover, by evaluating objectives it is easy to measure overall performance of project.

The project taken by me and my team members were completed effectively in given time frame. I evaluated that each member has performed their duties in effective way. The project manager assigned role to member according to their skills and abilities. This helped in maintaining project quality and effectiveness. I was also given some role in this. I performed that effectively so that I can achieve my goals in given time period. I did this by distributing task and allocating time to it. The impact on overall project was that due to some arise of some critical situations project was not completed on time. But the quality of project was maintained as there was enough resources available. I took feedback from other regarding project. So by measuring it I came to a conclusion that performance of team was good. Every member communicated with each other. I also interacted with others so that work can be done in effective way. I observed that the team performed unexpectedly well. This enabled me to complete my duties in given time period. My behaviour with other person was so good. It was because of some cultural differences. This affected my performance to a great extent. But I was able to perform well because of adopting Kold's reflecting cycle. It contains 4 categorises of reflection that is as follows :-

Concrete experience - I was given role that I had never performed earlier. So it was difficult fo me to finish in specific time. So I was a little late in doing so.

Reflective observations- I observed that I was lacking experience in doing this. So I need to improve my skills and abilities to perform it effectively. This will help me to enhance my efficiency and skills.

Abstract conceptualization- By evaluating my own performance I realised that I required a lot of improvements in my existing skills. For this I need to learn different things related to project management. It will me to work effectively with others and enhance my decision making skills.

Active experimentation – I will apply knowledge and skills in next project. I will try my best to complete in specific time. With this I will be able to take quick and better decisions. The outcomes from this be I will be able to lead a team.

From this I analysed that I need to improve my behaviour so that I can make strong relations with team members while doing project. Also, I need to enhance my decision making skills so that I can take better decisions in case of problem. Besides this, I need to work in more projects so that I am experienced enough to lead a team.
