Furthermore, it includes analysis of theories which are relating to work relationship and interaction. Moreover, it covers the importance of organization culture theory which develops enterprise effectiveness of company. In addition to this, report evaluates effectiveness of team-working within enterprise. At last, it assesses the management approaches to risk and uncertainty within organization.
