For the report, Rolls Royce has been taken for assessment. It is a UK based, luxury auto mobile manufacturing firm. It lays an emphasis on advance usage of internet and effective utilization of technical tools and techniques like cloud storage for the better handling of business operations that will support better growth and development of business operations. Besides this, the Archie Carroll model of Corporate Social Responsibility that has been followed by cited organisation for effective growth on economic and social level (Moroni, Arruda, and Araujo, 2015).

Innovation is the process to develop a new product or improve the work quality of existing item to meet the operational needs and demands in a better way. It helps to handle the business operations that will lay a very deep impact on growth of economic conditions of a company. Apart from this, innovation also involves the adoption and implementation of wide range of organisational functions that will help in better growing and development of an organisation as well as a country. The better management of business operations and functions will help in suitable management of wide range of requirements of their stakeholders as well as customers, who are associated with a business entity (Reynolds and Rohlin, 2014). It is a set of rules and regulations that help in better handling of different operations on higher level, which will help in suitable rise in effectiveness and operational capacity of a business organisation like Rolls Royce. It involves the better management of company's constituent bodies i.e. Board of directors, stake holder, organisation's management, customers, suppliers, financier or investors, governmental bodies and the customers or clients. It helps in creation of a frame work in the firm that help in better handling of business operations to develop a better action plan and have a control over the internal functionality and decision making process that affect the overall performance and revenue generation (Georgescu and Popescul, 2015).

The stake holders are group of people that lay a deep influence on functionality of an organisation like Rolls Royce. They consist of share holders who are generally the legal owners of a company who enjoy benefits from firm in form of dividends and part in company's profit.
