Communication is a process in which message are conveyed and received between two or more individual. For this, it is important that people uses similar language which can be understood by both sender and receiver (Escartin and et. al., 2014). Thus, it is an effective tool for communicating at workplace in order to establish a better relationship. Report will highlight different kinds of theories that accompanying communication other than this it also includes model. Further in this assignment oral communication is also included which he/she uses for interacting with one another. Lastly, communication writing and its skills such as C.V., letter and e-mail is mentioned in this report.

This is considered under verbal communication which consist of words. For this, it is necessary that two or more person are included in conversation. Therefore, it is important that a person uses good figures and speech so that they can easily influence others with the talks. Further as there is only one medium through which an individual i.e. mouth thus, it is essential that choice of speech is appropriate (Urios and et. al., 2015). In context with business operations, this is an effective process as it give immediate response as compared with written communication.
Oral communication is gives appropriate results but secrecy is not maintained because of which most of the companies fails to establish things top secret. For sustaining a better position in market area through oral communication they try to get feedback and reviews in order to know current trends so as to satisfy needs and wants of customers. This will enable company in generating more and more revenues in speculated time frame (Friedner, 2015). As per the case study it has been evaluated that customer is frustrated because product was not delivered on time.
