Interpretation – The above graphical representation shows that 20 respondents are aware about the concept of mental stability and its importance which is helpful to make an individual capable to feel, think and react in proper manner. However, rest of 6 individuals are not aware about term of mental stability so that it is required to provide required information to them.

Theme 2: Cause of mental stress for psychologist

Interpretation – From the above pie graph, it has been analysed that cause of mental instability is excess of work load as per views of 10 respondents whereas 8 people are in favour of lack of proper resources at work place. Moreover, rest of 12 individuals provide their opinion about violent behaviour of patients is responsible for mental stress.  

Theme 3: Requirement of mental stability to focus on work.

Interpretation – The above graph indicates that 22 respondents provide their opinion in favor of requirement of mental stability to focus on work in proper manner. At the other hand, rest of 8 people are not in favor of the same as have different thoughts and experience respectively.

Theme 4: Ways to maintain psychological stability by psychologists.

Interpretation – From the above pie chart, 12 respondents provide effective method of meditation as it facilitate to relaxation & peace of mind but 8 people provide opinion about avoiding horrible movie or loud music in order to maintain mental stability. In addition to this, 10 of individuals are in favor of taking time for their own in whole day for gaining mental peace.

Theme 5: Types of mental patients generally observed.

Interpretation – The above graphical presentation shows that 9 respondents provide views about less violent people are observed whereas 13 individuals are in favor of violent patients. At the other hand, remaining 8 people give opinion about extremely violent patients who always try to harm themselves or attack on the care taker accordingly.

Theme 6: Impacts of mental instability on work.

Interpretation – The above pie graph represents that 25 respondents provide their views about reducing focus when an individual is stress or depressed i.e. not stable mentally and it impacts on their performance in negative manner. In addition to this, rest of 5 people says that it will effects decision making which is responsible for inaccurate working.

Theme 7: Types of mental disorder are observed in mental health sector.

Interpretation – From the above pie graph, it has been analyzed that there are different types of mental disorders which are treated by efficient psychiatrist but some of them are mostly observed. However, 5 respondents says that they have majorly identified patient with eating disorder whereas 10 people are in favor of mainly analyzed problem is bipolar disorder. Moreover, rest of 15 provide their views about personality disorder founded in most of mental patients.

Theme 8: Kinds of violent behaviour in mental patients.

Interpretation – The above graph indicates that 12 respondents are in favour of patients which harm themselves as they want to covet emotion pain into physical one to easily tolerate the same. At the other hand, 10 individuals give views about patient who attack on care takers which may cause injuries to them and rest of 8 are in favour of patient who get violent to specific situations. 

Theme 9: Feeling scares to deal with violent mental patient.

Interpretation – The above graphical representation shows that 12 respondents feel scared while dealing with mental patients because they may attack care takers and some of them are extremely violent. At the other hand, rest of 18 people become used to violent behaviour of patients and feel comfortable to control them along with providing appropriate treatment for their welfare.

Chapter 5: Conclusions & Recommendations

From the above research, it has been analysed that mental health can be described as a medical situation in which an individual remains emotionally, psychologically and socially well-being. It includes the requirement of mental stability of professionals working in mental health care sector as they should perform their task with proper concentration to gain better outcomes. However, it involves cause of their mental instability including excess work load, lack of desired equipment and extremely violent behaviour of patients. Moreover, they can maintain their peace of mind by meditation and relaxing it by other means.

The above discussion provides information about importance of mental stability of professionals working in mental health care to focus on their work. It has been recommended that organisations make policies of providing relaxation period in terms of leaves, tours and other events which make medical professionals’ mind free for certain duration of time (Montano and et. al., 2017).
