Based on the assessment, this is been found that out of 20 respondents in research activity, 16 employees or respondents were aware about the details and concepts of globalization that are been taken in the consideration by the organization. On the other hand, the remaining 4 respondents denied the fact saying that they were not much familiar with the concept and operations of the globalization measures that are been taken within the selected organization. On the basis of this data analysis and interpretation process, it can be interpreted that most of the employees or the work force at the Marks and Spencer is well aware of the globalization process that is been taken in the consideration by the selected retail enterprise.

The present research project is on the topic of determination of impact on e-commerce with increasing globalisation. For the present research project I have used the descriptive research design methods as it provides in detailed intimation and analysis of the data collected through primary sources. For t he present approach the research approach used by me I is the qualitative approach as it assisted me I with determination of the process of data collection and to design the flow of the research project. I have used the primary methods of data collation as the information regarding interpretation of the effectiveness of globalisation e-commerce can be conducted with fresh information and on secondary data has been taken in account by me. With this data collection method the authenticity of the data collection have increased as it has been collected from real individuals. I have taken interviews from random respondents, which stats the fact that no biased information have been taken into consideration (Crane and Matten, 2016). To collect the information regarding the research topic random sample techniques is applied by me and personal interviews has been taken to make sure that no clop hole can be detected at the time of analysis of the data.

The data analysis has been carried out by me in thematic system. The reason behind choosing this version of data analysis is that the data I collected in not quantitative and the research approached use by me for the project is qualitative one. For this type approach the thematic data analysis is more suitable and this fact is determined by me with preservation of prior research project in academics session, the effectiveness of this research project can be stated by me as according to the research topic the approach is being used as the descriptive and data collection has been carried out by me through qualitative method. In this I have used indicative approach which can give a reason from the result to a wrong or false. For preparation of this project report I haver determined the research methodology very precise so that the outcomes of the project are more effecting and reliable no doubts arises on is the outcomes rights or not, yet with the use of inductive approach a open end of to the resultant is provided. The reason behind choosing such an approach can be detectability by me as I did not want to limit my research to my thought and approach only. The ideas and presentation of another can be totality different from mine and further research can be carried out by any interested person with a different approach and research methodology to present the view on this research topic. With this I can defiantly state that with using this research methodology the effectiveness and authenticity of my research project have been set and no compromise have been done in collection of the data from primary resources and analysis is also done with using effective measures and them presented in the thematic manner.

This must have resulted in something different and the results would have been different from the outcomes presented in this project. For this project I could have used the deductive research approach which have given different result. For collection of data I could have taken secondary resources in consideration and with this information collected would have totally different. The quantitative approach of data collection could have been used by me and data analysis of the sames have bee conducted by using statistical measures such an SPSS. With this I can state that by using a different research methodology my research project would have been a completely diffract from the present one as with use quantitative data the research methods and research designs also gets changes and this lead to the change in methodology of the project. I could interpret the facts that my project have given different result and outcomes, have I chosen a separate methodology for this project on the topic of determination of the impact of globalization on e-commerce.
