Scenario

The given situation is that you have been appointed as a business consultant within your chosen organisation. Assume that the business is growing and the company is recruiting new temporary and permanent employees in order to meet the goals and objectives effectively within changing business needs.

This s the project which is in report format and it will consider the following task:

Task 1

You are required to analyses the influence of power, culture and politics on the behavior of an individual and team within the chosen business enterprise. Also provide with the relevant justifications for your answer.

Task 2

Apply the various content and process theories of motivation which can influence the behavior of an individual and team. Also give the valid recommendations for the use of the motivation theories within the organizational context.

Task 3

Determine the impact of the concepts and motivation theories over the business organization. Also provide with the effectiveness of the team development and provide with suitable recommendations.  

Task 4

Identify the concepts and philosophies of the organization behavior on the individual or groups. Identify the impact of theories over the team behavior. Also identify how the business performance can be improved.
